Then he started to crashing someones with speed hacks. I warned him about delete his cheat. He left and rejoined to server. Then I see he do it again. Then he left. I tell kmitska for open eyes about reys's hack. THen kmitska got his photo when he flying.
He broke the rule 3 with I warned him a lot. He didn't listen... He has been kicked now. He has been banned from PTP server too. Reasons:
-Agent_Reys[PPLV] was holding Minigun with 111 ammo.

Well, when i start SAMP in 07, i used cheats too, thats was in times when many ppl used it, remember how i spawn 100 cars and server going to lag ...
